Crab Shell has been serving up fresh seafood and good times for over 30 years and we couldn’t be more grateful. Back in 1989, when Crab Shell opened as the one of the first restaurants on the West Branch of Stamford Harbor, we knew it was a risk worth taking. The area was primarily industrial and undeveloped, but we believed we would succeed by offering a great selection of fresh seafood and traditional fare, coupled with friendly service and a one-of-a-kind waterfront ambience. 30 years later, we are still rocking the dock and having a great time doing it. We are now part of the bustling Harbor Point community, with over a dozen restaurants, thousands of apartment units, and even a free water taxi in the summer to ensure you can experience it all!
