����This is Dick Gildersleeve, owner of the Crab Shell Restaurant. On behalf of my partner, Jim Clifford, general manager Terry Considine, and all of our staff, I would like to thank all of our customers for making Crab Shell a success. It has been very challenging and required a lot of hard work, however, the payoff has been rewarding. When we decided 10 years ago to open Crab Shell several very important things had to be in place. In the restaurant business, they say the three most important factors of success are location, location, location; in that order. But make no mistake about it, timing is a very critical factor, and we took advantage of that by building the right restaurant at the right place, and opening at the right time. ����Now I would like to offer you a business proposition related to those same key factors that gave our business the momentum it needed back then to grow.
