BOOKING POLICY
Crab Shell requests that a signed Function Agreement and a 25% deposit is returned, one month in advance of the scheduled event. Parties and functions booked within one month are required to submit a deposit with a signed contract. Events may be cancelled without penalty, up to two weeks prior to the event. Events cancelled with less than one week may forfeit the 25% deposit. Crab Shell requires a final guest count 2 days in advance of the event. If substantially less show up for the event, Crab Shell may bill 90% of the guarantee.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Final payment is due the day of the event. Any additional charges will be settled on the date of the event. There is a 6% sales tax and a 20% gratuity or service charge added.

BAR SERVICE
"Package", "Cash" and "Open" bar arrangements are available. These prices do not include the "Happy Hour" promotion in the main bar. Crab Shell reserves the right to control the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

PARTY PLANNER BEVERAGE SERVICE
OPEN BAR
Selection of most mixed drinks, wines by the glass, domestic and imported beers (bottled or draft), and sodas are
included in the Open Bar. The charge is per head during the time period. Open bar $14 for the first hour, $7 each thirty minutes thereafter.
PACKAGE BAR
Consists of same items as "Open Bar" but is monitored by count. For example ten drinks for $40. Fifty drinks for $200. This way the host can have a pre-arranged cut off point and then can decide to add to this or allow everyone to be on their own.
CASH BAR
A la carte or pay as you go. The bartender and servers keep track of the check if a "Tab" is being run.
SOFT DRINKS
Pitchers of soda and iced tea $4 per person.
