BOOKING POLICY
Crab Shell requests that a signed Function Agreement and a 25% deposit is returned, one month in advance of the scheduled event. Parties and functions booked within one month are required to submit a deposit with a signed contract. Events may be cancelled without penalty, up to two weeks prior to the event. Events cancelled with less than one week may forfeit the 25% deposit. Crab Shell requires a final guest count 2 days in advance of the event. If substantially less show up for the event, Crab Shell may bill 90% of the guarantee.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Final payment is due the day of the event. Any additional charges will be settled on the date of the event. There is a 6% sales tax and a 20% gratuity or service charge added.

BAR SERVICE
"Cash" and "Open" bar arrangements are available. These prices do not include the "Happy Hour" promotion in the main bar. Crab Shell reserves the right to control the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
